Elizabeth Royale, the youngest of the Royale sisters, has the sight and has dreamed of her future husband. So she is surprised when she runs into the same man who appeared in those dreams in town. Her sister laughs at her and reminds her that her dreams come true only half of the time. When Elizabeth hears a clerk call the gentleman Your Highness, she know he is the man of her dreams - even though he flatly denies being the prince.

Sumner Lansdowne, Marquess of Whitevale, is Prince Leopold's cousin. They look identical and Sumner has been posing as his cousin in London, while the Prince courts the Prince Regent's daughter. It seems that Prince Leopold is in danger and has to keep himself hidden. While at a ball in London, Sumner runs into Elizabeth again and does not correct her assumption that he is the prince. The more time they spend together the bigger the lie gets. Will Sumner be able to keep Elizabeth's love when she finds out the truth?

Kathryn Caskie creates another wonderful tale with this last story of the Royale sisters. The rumor is that the sisters are daughters of the Prince of Wales, but no one know whether or not this is true. How to Propose to a Prince is filled with romance, adventure and mystery. Kathryn Caskie has the knack of seamlessly weaving a humorous romance with a touch of intrigue - readers won't want to put her book down.
