Sir Alexander de Ashby is given a chance to redeem his fall from grace by masquerading as the deceased Scottish Earl of Marston. He jumps at the chance, knowing it is better than a hanging for attempting to sell artifacts. His best friend is being held hostage until the mission is complete and the earl's Castle is in the hands of the English.

Alex, who has a way with women, hopes that his resemblance to the Scottish earl will ease his way into fooling the latter's bride, Lady Elizabeth. The only kink in the plan is that Alex ends up falling in love with her. She is strong, clever and takes care of her people during the attacks that her castle has endured. After her bravery and cleverness thwart another attack on the castle - and earn Alex's respect - he has to devise a plan that allows him to keep Elizabeth and still free his friend from prison. He struggles to find a way to avoid hurting the only woman he has ever loved, save his friend, and restore his reputation.

The Templar's Seduction is fast paced, mixing romance with adventure. It is enthralling to watch bad boy Alex fall in love with Elizabeth. Lady Elizabeth is brave and clever, but she falls for the man that she thinks is her husband all over again. When Alex's secret is revealed, can their love survive?
