ogether they follow a trail through history and the life of a girl named Anna. Anna's journey takes them through war, rebellion and the beautiful Russian courts. hat an intriguing read, flipping through the pages of past and present. The author takes readers back and forth with such ease that you know she did her homework and very well at that. Anna's story has you empathizing with life's difficulties in that time period and wanting more. I have always been a fan of time travel stories and this one does not disappoint in the least.
