evin Patrick Daniels is a lawyer whose clients have died, so the most he has to do is talk to a beneficiary now and then. He is also in charge of the money that his uncle left to his cousins, who seem unable to handle it. One has a shopping addiction and the other starts businesses that are doomed to fail. evin is enchanted with Gracie's beauty but she is too uptight and he wants to teach her to relax and smell the coffee. Gracie just wants to talk him into selling her the house and figures the more she sees him, the more she can get him to see her way. In the end Kevin's aunt decides to let her start up the bed and breakfast and they all go to fix up the old house. Kevin can't stay away and discovers that he can learn something from Gracie too; he seems to have a better relationship with his cousins. He has fallen head over heels in love with Gracie, now he just has to make sure she doesn't go back to her old life.
is a wonderful story set in a small town with characters that you fall for. Kevin seems gruff to begin with but once readers get to know him, they will find he is sensitive.
