The lives of Columbus McIntyre (aka Bus), Banner McCoy, and a relentless hit man come together in this historical fiction novel.

Bus hasn't had the easiest life. He made it through the drug-riddled craziness of the 1960s and also dealt with the murder of his father. Now, deep in the throes of marriage woes, Columbus is trying to cope with middle age. In addition to all of this, evidence is revealed to him that links his father to a deceased Mafia Kingpin as well as the assassination of a president.

Banner is a data analyst for the NSA. Her job gets quite interesting when she discovers that her current project involves murdering those bearing information about the assassination of JFK on that fateful November day in 1963. This revelation sends Banner into hiding.

This novel is touted as a fictional political thriller. I, however, feel that this is a great coffee table book. No, not a nice book you leave on your coffee table to impress your guests, but rather a book you start reading, put down on your coffee table, and leave it there! This read failed to grab, much less keep, my attention. By chapter ten I just couldn't bring myself to read any more.
