Here's a sweet bedtime yarn about a mother bear's innovative solution to her little one's sleep problems. Mama Bear gives Frankie a ball of yarn to hold in bed - a different color every night - and knits as her little one falls asleep.

As each ball shrinks to nothing, Frankie's mother gives him a new one, and 'every color had a story' that took him on different journeys of imagination. Before the yarn, Frankie was afraid of sleep, worrying 'where the darkness would take him'. The yarn anchors him.

But what is his mother knitting? It's a surprise so I can't tell you, but Frankie is getting ready to let go of the yarn - what will replace it?
