With the lights off and everyone in bed, hungry mice are bent on finding enough goodies to satisfy their ravenous appetites. From carrots and leftover macaroni to fresh fruit and yummy cookies, these mice will all but clean out the refrigerator and cupboards.

As the young reader follows along and watches the mice enjoy their foraging romp, they will also be invited to count the various items the rodents consume. From five grapes, seven blueberries and nine carrots to three crackers, the reader will be asked to locate and total up these delicacies. And when everyone is full there will be time to let out a LOUD BURP or two before the household's cat arrives to break up the festivities.

A riot of color and filled with illustrations, each page of this picture book offers a feast of goodies that demand the reader spend a little time observing and taking in each scene because there's lots to see and count!
