This new board book with its vibrant colors and easy to turn pages is perfect for children up to about age three. Dressed in her blue overalls and red and white striped shirt, Maisy is going to use her yellow tractor with a front end scoop to dig a hole for a pond in her backyard.

First, she has to scoop up a lot of dirt. Then her friends help Maisy finish off the project. While she moves gravel with the tractor to the bottom of the pond, Charley spreads it with his shovel.

Next, Eddie fills the hole with water and Cyril plants reeds on the edges. Finally, Tallulah puts some little fish in the water. 'What a lovely pond! Well done, everybody!'

Young children can't seem to get enough of Maisy and this little book is sure to be a hit when you give it to your toddler.
