First, he knows there will be some tasty tidbits left over from dinner for him. What dog doesn't like leftovers? Secondly, when the other family members come to Tucker's owner's house for the day, they also bring their dogs. That means all the dogs can have an afternoon of fun before they chow down. If you are looking for a special Thanksgiving book for your child or grandchild, this board book might be just what you want. It would work well with youngsters between the ages of two and three. But it might be a little too basic for an older child unless he or she is a real Tucker fan.
