Each book tells a little rhymed story about either Stripy Horse or one of his friends. In one book Stripy shows you how to dance, while in another Muriel sings while flying about. Hermann the dog, in his book, says 'Sniff along shiny nose ... waggy tail and squashy toes! Follow me ... to the end ... Stripy Horse our best friend!' Finally the penguin pair, Roly and Pitch, enjoy splashing in the bathtub with Stripy Horse. What fun! If you look at the back covers of all four books you'll see that if arranged properly, they create a picture. Although there shouldn't be a problem because the little books are quite thick, be aware of the fact that a young child might try to place an individual book into his or her mouth. Make sure the child is supervised when playing with the books and also always return them to their carrying case.
