Posy and Pip are good friends. Tonight Posy is going over to Pip's house for a sleepover. She packs everything carefully but forgets her favorite stuffed frog toy.

The visit goes well and the two friends have a good time playing, sharing a spaghetti dinner, and reading stories until bedtime. But once they are in bed and the lights are turned off, Posy realizes she doesn't have her favorite green frog to cuddle.

Now the tears begin and Posy isn't going to let her friend get to sleep either. Pip offers to share his toys with his friend but there seems to be no replacement for the missing frog. Then Pip makes the ultimate sacrifice; he offers Posy his favorite pig toy.

Fortunately, that works and both friends can now get a good night's sleep. The next day when she gets home Posy is so very glad to see her green frog that she gives him a great big hug. She appreciates what a good friend Pip was too!

Brilliant illustrations that capture the characters' expressions and a warm story about friendship and sharing, will make this picture book by London writer/illustrator Axel Scheffler one of your child's favorite books.
