There's nothing about Christmas in Who-ville that the Grinch likes. He hates the noise and the feasting. He hates the singing and the bells ringing. He comes up with a wonderfully awful idea to stop Christmas.

He dresses up like Santa and drops down the chimney into the Who houses where he scoops up the gifts, the decorations, the tree, and even the Christmas feast. But he doesn't stop Christmas. Why? Because Christmas doesn't come from a store. Christmas is always a little bit more.

This is the best Christmas story ever for all ages. It's a pleasure to read Dr. Seuss's words and if you hear it from Dr. Seuss, it must be true. Christmas is more than just things from a store.
