In it, Fangbone, a young warrior from Skullbania (which is not in New Jersey), is sent to our world to protect the big toe of Drool, a horrid monster who wants to rise to power again. Fangbone is told to fit in, so he joins the class of 3G at Eastwood Elementary, hoping to build his warrior army. Unfortunately, 3G is made up of the least popular kids at Eastwood Elementary, who are only worried about the upcoming beanball tournament that they are sure to lose. With Fangbone's help, they just might win, but can Fangbone learn about true friendship in time? A mixture of fantasy, gross-out humor, and typical school woes, Fangbone!: Third-Grade Barbarian is a graphic novel that young boys will devour.
