Bestselling author Eric Van Lustbader has once again picked up and continued Robert Ludlum's Jason Bourne series. Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Dominion lacks none of the gripping action we have all come to expect from a Bourne epic.

Bourne's mission is to trace the terrorists who plan to destroy America's most precious natural resource and stop them dead in their tracks. A mission at which he excels. General Boris Karpov, the head of Russia's feared spy agency, is one of the very few people Bourne feels he can trust. And so they work apart but together to foil the terrorists' plans.

An extremely convoluted plot takes Bourne around the globe from the Columbian highlands to Munich, Cadiz, and Damascus, leaving behind his usual trail of dead or maimed bodies. Bourne is hampered by having partially lost his memory. His problem is not just who he knows but also who knows him. Like Superman, he is able to withstand a speeding bullet and at the same time drop his adversary. He's a man to admire but surely not one to put on your Christmas card list.

Women, just as tough as the men in a bloody encounter, pepper the story. They hold their own in any situation. As well as being good shots, their combative skills excel. Robert Ludlum's The Bourne Dominion will keep you on the edge of your seat and keep you turning pages long after your light should have gone out.
