Pam Culvert uses this story to help get the concepts across in an easy to digest format that may well help your child begin to grasp these math essentials. Rumpelstiltskin and his sidekick Matilda, introduced in Multiplying Menance: The Revenge of Rumpelstiltskin, are back and plot revenge against Prince Peter. The dastardly villain is using his magical powers to divide the kingdom into frogs. It is up to Peter and his dog, Zero, to locate the Great Multipier and find a solution that will break the Great Divide before Rumpelstiltskin has a chance to combine the two mighty math sticks, thus creating further chaos in the kingdom. Can Prince Peter curb this menace? Will your child master dividing by fractions? Is the mystery of dividing by zero understandable?
