famous photographer, Rudolph Steiner, comes to town bringing his impossibly young wife, an assistant, and his phobia for germs. He is found shot to death with his head in the toilet! Bizarre? Sure, but it all makes sense as you read on.

To top it all off, a malicious, grasping journalist is working her little whatsis off trying to come up with a story to elevate her to what she considers real journalism on a big city newspaper. can't go any farther with the plot. Trust me, it's a good one.
is the fourth in the Constable Molly Smith series. Hopefully, not the last. If you're a fan of Delany's, here's a treat. If you don't know her work yet, now's the time to get on the band wagon.
