Young, single women who believe in astrology will probably want to pick up Bridgett Walther's Conquer the Cosmos: Use Astrology to Attract the Man, Money, and Happiness You Deserve. However, I think only those young, single women will find it useful. While money and happiness are covered, Walther talks more about what is inevitable to your sign rather than how to attract these things.

Men, though, get quite a bit of time spent on them. For each sign, Walther delineates what a relationship between a woman of one sign and a man of another would be like - especially in the bedroom. Each relationship gets a one to five star rating, and, surprisingly, these ratings do change depending on which gender is which sign.

I cannot attest to the accuracy of Walther's predictions. While the descriptors for my sign fit me well, my mom's sign, which happened to be the first in the book, described the complete opposite of her, which left me questioning everything I read after that. And the description of a relationship between someone with my sign and someone with my husband's does not fit with my life at all.

Bridgett Walther's revelations might be useful and true to some, but on the whole, Conquer the Cosmos should be read for entertainment only, not life advice.
