ere's a touching story about a lost teddy bear that, along with the help of a stuffed, toy crocodile and a real cat, finds his way back to his owner. One unfortunate day, Red Ted is accidentally left behind when Stevie, his owner, leaves him on the seat of a train.

oor Red Ted ends up in the Lost & Found room of a large train station. Although he is certain Stevie will come to claim him, that doesn't happen. '
I've been here a very long time, and no one has ever come to get me,
' he thinks. '

' Then Red Ted bursts into tears. At this point the crocodile befriends Ted and together the two decide to try to find Ted's owner.

heir task seems all but impossible until the two stuffed toys meet a cat who offers to help them. After an adventure or two along the way, the threesome finally arrives at Red Ted's home where he is united with Stevie. Delighted to have her bear back, the little girl also decides to adopt the crocodile and keep the cat as well.

ith bravery, teamwork, and lots of common sense, Red Ted and his companions are able to find the bear's home in this graphic storybook. Michael Rosen's warm, wise and amusing tale of being lost and then found exemplifies why he is the current
