Minna Lessig, 'a professional athlete, personal trainer, fitness model, and TV fitness personality' offers, via Tank Top Arms, Bikini Belly, Boy Shorts Bottom to help us achieve 'a leaner, more sculpted body' in four weeks of strength training, rounded out with flexibility training and cardiovascular exercise. Exercises are aimed at Novice, Skilled and Master levels, require minimal equipment, and include variations for home and gym workouts.

After introductory sections on cardio training (I plan to try the Spice Up Your Treadmill Workout techniques) and flexibility training, the fitness book is divided into four parts, the first three focusing on Arms, Belly and Bottom respectively. Specific exercises in each section are explained in detail (including sets, reps and recommended dumbbell weights) for the three levels, with a series of photographs showing positions and moves, as well as Focus on Form advice and tips on breathing. The fourth section puts it all together in workouts at the different levels. Sensible nutritional advice and training logs are to be found at the back of the book.

I especially like this program for the variety of exercises in each section, the thorough instructions, the fact that minimal equipment is required, and the visual presentation of the total body workouts that make them very easy to follow. Highly recommended!
