As you open the sturdy board-book, Disney Fairies: Mysterious Messages, the first page has an envelope attached. It is a special note, just like the one attached to the door of the Home Tree, the residence of the Never fairies.

Priscilla reads an invitation to a party, while Dulcie in her bakery finds a note attached to her mixing spoon, asking her to bake a tasty treat for it. While Lily is tending her beautiful garden, she finds a message written on a sour-cherry-blossom petal. She discusses with her friend Bumble the kind of flowers to bring to the celebration.

Fira and her friends are busy in the forest practicing a light show. They find a flat crystal inviting them to the festivities. Meanwhile, Rani discovers a rhymed message floating on a water-lily leaf in the smooth, flowing water of Havendish Stream.

Who sent all the party invitations to residents of Pixie Hollow? Tennant Redbank has written a fun mystery in the Disney Fairies series, with rhyming messages, sparkling, lustrous pictures in glorious colors, and a pop-up surprise at the end of the story. Mysterious Messages is a delightful eye-opener for children.
