If you're looking for a fast-paced, somewhat over the top thriller with an intriguing premise, dive right in. Hayley is a former White House intern/Army veteran turned intelligence operative. This episode opens on the murder of a Supreme Court Justice by the police officer on his protection detail - why? As the episode opens, Hayley is not in good shape. Grieving her kid sister's overdose death, she's drinking steadily, suffers PTSD, is reckless, has blackouts and regular conversations with her dead friend April Wu. Andrew Wilde, who had recruited her for the deeper state, shows up, refusing to accept that she has quit her involvement with Publius. He blackmails her into continuing and sends her to Maui to protect Justice Anita Fischer, who's at her vacation home with her fiancé for their wedding. Hayley works with Deputy US Marshall Shaw, who doesn't welcome her help. A drug cartel crew of Snake Eaters gunmen arrive in Hawaii on a mission and take a bus full of eighteen school children as hostages. It becomes a race against time to save the children - and the Judge. Fortunately, there were a couple of smart kids on that bus, and Hayley on their trail.
