The Story of Gigantosaurus    by Templar Order:  USA  Can Templar, 2019 (2019) Hardcover     Reviewed by Hilary Williamson The Story of Gigantosaurus, aimed at ages 3-7 and based on the book by Jonny Duddle, introduces the animated TV series. It's set in the Cretaceous world and stars four young (and not terrifying) dino friends - Mazu the curious ankylosaurus, Rocky the adventurous parasaurolophus, Bill the nervous brachiosaurus, and Tiny the fun-loving triceratops. They were both terrified and fascinated by Gigantosaurus. One day Mazu suggests Gigantosaurus hunting. Bill is unsure but they head out anyway ... to the deepest part of the jungle, to the savanna, to the lake, and finally into a dark cave, fronted by very jagged rocks. Can you guess where they have gone? What do they learn from this expedition? That Giganto 'has REALLY smelly breath.' Young fans of the animated series, or of dinos in general, will enjoy sharing this colorful Cretaceous adventure!
