The depiction of the village of Leavenworth made me want to pack immediately and book a trip to its annual Bavarian brewfest. Any and all are welcome to share in the wonderful festivities. However, since The Pint of No Return is a cozy mystery, there is the compulsory murder and this will keep you guessing while you enjoy the brewfest. A movie star and his production crew arrive in Leavenworth to shoot some film. But before that can happen, the star is murdered! Who could have killed this very handsome and popular actor? And why? Of course, no cozy would be worth its salt if there weren't a touch of romance here and there. The Pint of No Return is worth the read, and anyone interested in brewing their own beer shouldn't miss this mystery.
