adriani sets investigators on the trail of Serna's clients - wealthy big shots avoiding paying income tax on monies hidden in offshore and European accounts. Martini uses his book to remind us all about this bilking of government coffers. He has legitimate beefs about the middle class paying the bills while hotshots go abroad with their money to hide it from the tax collectors.
