Terminated: A Tucker Mystery

is the first of a new series featuring Tucker. He and his wife developed controversial security software for the company they both worked for and thought they had the world by the tail. Then Tucker was fired! And his wife Carol murdered!!
e is hired back to his old company as a consultant. But the main thrust in his life is to determine who murdered Carol. Another software engineer is murdered. What is going on?
nother aspect of Tucker's life is that his wife appears to him from out of the ether and talks to him, to help guide him on the right path and avoid danger. I know this technique has been done before, but Daniel portrays Carol's appearances as a normal occurrence and Carol's and Tucker's conversations seem as though they really could happen. Oh, would that they could.
his mystery was a joy to read. And Tucker is a character you can easily fit into your life. I couldn't help feel sorry for the man but wanted him to climb out of the pit of his now everyday life. I silently applauded his actions once he started to come alive again. A delightful series. Don't miss it.
