The old cliché 'Busy as a bee' forms the basis for this cute picture book. Bear and Bee are friends, but when Bear wants Bee to play with him one day Bee replies, 'No thanks, Bear. I'm too busy.'

Bear tries playing by himself but it isn't any fun. He keeps asking his friend to join him but the reply is always the same. 'No thank you. I'm too busy.'

Finally the day ends and bear climbs into his cave to rest. As soon as he falls asleep, Bee appears. 'Bear! Come and look at the moon with me. You will love it!'

'No thank you, Bee,' says Bear. 'I'm too busy sleeping to look at the moon.'

Now Bee knows what it is like to be put off by a friend. Fortunately, the two work everything out because we all know that you should never be too busy to share special moments with your friends!
