Venuto starts from the beginning with mind training and goals and debunks all sorts of myths as he goes. You need calories and carbs. What you need are the correct calories and carbs plus the right proteins in the right proportions.
healthier, leaner lifestyle is simple, he says, but not easy. There is no quick fix. This is why diets never work. Dieters go back to their old ways of eating and living and regain old weight. Rather, make measured, specific changes to mindset, food consumption, exercise regimens, and plan your lifestyle.
