live in the middle of a big city but the first sound I hear when I wake up every morning is the quacking of ducks. The ducks live on a river very close to my house. They preen, splash and, of course, they love to quack. Sometimes I notice the ducks go bottom up and stick their heads under the water to nibble on plants and little creatures.
