Bob Dillon and Klaus have more unusual pasts than most could ever even conjure up in their imaginations. Now Bob only wants to drive a pest exterminator truck and kill bugs. His new best friend, Klaus, tags along.

Bob has had to survive numerous assassination attempts, and has pulled off a ten million dollar con. And now a Bolivian drug lord is after Bob and Klaus. For some reason, the drug lord wants their heads on a platter, unattached to their bodies.

Klaus, Bob, Bob's wife Mary and his daughter Katy live in Oregon now, but with a twenty million dollar price tag on their heads. A lot of indecipherable information about bugs and new technology that is far above my head fits into the plot. Whether fact or fiction, it bewildered me.

But. The ambiguous BUT. The plot is a good one, fun, full of action, suspense and much humor. When the word gets out that the Drug Lord is offering the $20,000,000 for Bob and Klaus's heads, free-lance assassins descend on Hollywood to get their slice of the pie.

Events get weirder and weirder so that readers don't know whether to hold their breath in anticipation of deadly happenings or to let loose with a belly laugh.

Author Bill Fitzhugh now has nine books to his writing credit. One of them – Pest Control - has been translated into half a dozen languages, and produced as a stage musical and a German radio show. It was also one of Amazon's Top 50 mysteries in 1997. Fun book.
