Odd and a cast of characters, including gun-toting Stormy and the feared Bodachs, are brought to visual life as they solve a mystery that puts an interesting twist on Halloween mischief.
ico Mundo is preparing for its annual festivities but Odd Thomas has the eerie feeling that there is more on the prowl than just make-believe goblins and ghouls. Since he can see what others can't, the restless dead, Odd's misgivings must be taken seriously. But even with help from a frequent visitor, the specter of Elvis, Odd can't quite get a handle on the situation.
